how we do it

With an intreactive approach in our work, we constantly keep in touch with our client to offer the best of our services. We follow the process as under.

STEP 1 - Project Discussion & Your Contribution

We receive input from you either in the form of AutoCad drawings, hard copies, Autodesk (or other compatible), 3D models, hand drawn sketches along with accurate dimensions, floor plans, sections, elevations, roof plans and specifications.

STEP 2 - Analyzing

We will get back to you within few hours with questions related to project and time frame. Let us know with kind of mood lighting, point of view, materials and details you would like to see. An approval to proceed is needed for work to start.

STEP 3 - Production

Our team will start working immediately. At this stage we hope for a 30% upfront payment. Progress renders will be sent within 1-2 days for the typical projects.

STEP 4 - Your Reviews and Feedback

Based on our progress renderings, we will need your comments and markups on the renderings. We will edit the rendering until you are satisfied. Revisions are free as long as it is within the original scope of work.

STEP 5 - Delivery

After the revisions, a draft rendering will be sent to you for your approval to proceed to final rendering. Once you are satisfied on the project, we will request the final payment by invoice. Once payment is received final high resolution image/video will be sent to you via E-mail or FTP.
